Need your comments, inputs on below ruling of 'The recent Supreme Court decision on what constitutes wages for the purpose of Provident Fund (PF) contributions'

Is the same being complied by the organisations? can the Minimum wages be still bifurcated as 70% basic + 30% HRA
Need your guidance on the correct practice to revise the CTC strcutureand to comply with statuary norm.
