Hi All,
Need your comments, inputs on below ruling of 'The recent Supreme Court decision on what constitutes wages for the purpose of Provident Fund (PF) contributions'
https://economictimes.indiatimes.com...1.cms?from=mdr
Is the same being complied by the organisations? can the Minimum wages be still bifurcated as 70% basic + 30% HRA
Need your guidance on the correct practice to revise the CTC strcutureand to comply with statuary norm.

Hi Kaushambi,
we cannot do so because the sc ruling states that all fixed allowance provided to all in common should be considered as PF wages, for more clarification you can contact me and for labour compliance and restructuring of CTC our expert team can help you.
