I was working for a reputed BPO from July 2013 to Nov 2014 (served notice period and got clean exit) but rejoined the same BPO again in Nov 2017 but I fell ill and requested for immediate resignation but HR declined. Hence, I did not go to work (Aug 2018) as my parents did not allow me as I was sick and had to go to college. But the HR told I can take rest until I'm feel well but within a week the HR (without notice) sent a mail saying due to NCNS I'm being terminated and must pay final dues.
I was unable to respond as I had exams at that time. But never got any mail or notification after that. Now I got a good job (2019) in reputed BPO banking services industry. In background verification will I be blacklisted on NASSCOM due to NCNS that lead to termination, that BPO claims to be registered under NASSCOM. Will it affect my current employment? Help.
