Dear Friend,
If your management has compelled you to resign, then they have no right to deduct the amount of your notice period. Discuss the issue of resignation with the senior person in detail and let them know that the resignation has been taken from the company end. Despite this,If they do not give you proper solutions then ask them a written reason for your resignation.

Hi, If the employer ask the employee to resign they are supposed to pay one month pay and they are not supposed to deduct one month towards notice period.

Dear,
First you need to understand meaning of resignation, it means leaving the job on his own will and if employer is asking to leave so it means you are being fired from the job, in such case employer is liable to pay one month notice/salary if you have completed yr probation period and get confirmed by the management. in yr case you are being fired. first ask the reason and take legal assistance accordingly.
