I have 1 month notice period in my dealer company.I proceed to go by BUYOUT process HR agreed for BUYOUT.But MY Lead HR is not releasing my relieving and Experience certificates due to they spent some amount of money to me for training in last year. Dear Friend,
Discuss the issue with Senior HR manager regarding your training expanses and clear them there is no such agreement had been signed between us for training expanses incurred is payable by an employee, if he is not in a way to understand the transparency then its collusion of management, so you need to come out in smooth way.

Hi, Face to face discussion will be always good. Meet them by person and explain them your situation and arrive at some amicable solution so that either party’s interests are safe guarded.
