Not serving notice period salary deduction on Basic or Gross.
My Gross : 45000,
I relieved properly from my previous company.
I have relieving letter as well as experience letter.
Notice period : 90 days.
Served : 63days.
EL = 19 Days.
My employer deduct from my Gross salary for 27 days.
Not even considering my EL.
For EL they consider from basic.
For deduction they consider Gross salary.
Can any one give some suggestion on this.
