Hi Siva & all other freshers,
Pl.ensure that -
a) Name (preferably in full)
b) Father's name
c) Date of birth (should be exactly as recorded in Birth Certificate),
d) And all other details are exactly same, including spellings (expanding initials)
exactly same in all relevant docs, such as SSLC, PUC, Degree certificates, caste & income certificates, Aadhaar, driving licence, passport, voter ID etc before submitting their CV/bio-data for jobs. If any details are differing it's advisable to get them corrected, revised tobe line with SSLC because for all purposes SSLC is considered as the basic doc.
It's common complaint that Aadhaar details are showing mismatch with other docs. If it is so, it is not difficult to correct your Aadhaar data. There are arrangements to do such corrections 'online'. Many browsing centres are doing this service for a nominal fee.
In your case first check what is right and in correct. If Aadhaar is wrong you can arrange corrections. If offer letter is recd with spelling mistakes etc. point out those mistakes to the HR in writing & request them to reissue duly making necessary corrections. Nothing to worry.
