Hi team, I joined org with joining bonus and relocation and offer letter has clause where if I leave within 1 yr, I will have to return these benefits.
Now if I drop resignation mail before 1 month but my notice period ends after 1 yr completion, will org revoke their clause to return the benefits?
Or should the resignation email send the next day I complete 1 yr?
Regards

Hi
You better play safe if that is possible and okay with the new company where you propose to join. You send resignation letter after completion of the required 1 year period and move along as the existing experience may also count in your career.
There is likelihood of your benefits being revoked if you send in your resignation otherwise. Exact date after 1 year is your choice at least technically you will not be required to pay back to the company.
Thanks and Regards
