We terminating one employee on intimidate basis but we paying compensation of 2 month salary. But quetion is whether deduct all deduction like PT, PF,Gratuity or not.

Dear Shettyganesh,
I think what you originally intended to convey might be that the proposed termination of employment is on" immediate basis" only. Not withstanding the legality of such proposed immediate termination of the employee, all authorised deductions including contribution to EPF have to be deducted till his last salary. But there can not be any deduction towards gratuity from his salary at any point of time.
