Dear Madam/Sir, I am working as Assistant Professor in one of the added college Mysore from past 8 years. Now I am & month pregnent. The management asking me to take one year maternity leave with pay. I have PF and ESI. When I enquired about it the management reply that you can take maternity leave but during your maternity leave you have pay for the substitute. How to take maternity leave with pay and how to claim delivery expenses under ESI.
