The holiday is declared by government not by individual. Its person own decision not to give voting.
There is no provision to take any action against the individual on this.
What if person dont fire crackers on Diwali ?
What if person dont fly kites on Kite flying day ?
Its choice of individual .
Yes ! Have you educated your employees to give vote or encourage them ?
Many Ahmedabad based pharma companies has started the practices for encouragement for 23rd Voting in Gujarat.
