When sending salary revision letter to employees, is it correct to send a point like below in mail? or how polite can we ask this point. Can anyone help on this?
*Any discussion or disclosure of your compensation with anybody will be considered as breach of agreement by you*

Dear Anonymous,
Make it *Any discussion or disclosure of your compensation with any colleague/anybody will not be in good stead and might have adverse influence on performance of others. You are advised therefore not to discuss or disclose your compensation with any one. You are required to treat this /revised compensation as confidential. Any breach of confidential information will tantamount to breach.

Considering transparency in compensation fixation is one of the most crucial aspect for any organisation,Having said this ,In order to avoid adverse efects,it is vital that organisation must have good compensation policy which must be open and be revised based on performance, quality and time scale.Any other increament in salary must have appropriate justification such that it motivates employees to give their best.Any thing hidden today may be leaked and will have adverse effect.Best practices in company polices will always encourage employee retention and less attrition with not just satisfied employees but the excited and energitic employees.
