A company has 30 employees with a minimum salary of Rs. 25000 p.m. for all.
It is registered under EPF Act since the limit of 20 employees is crossed. But it does not contribute anything towards pf because the salary of all employees is more than the limit of Rs. 15000 per month.
Is there any compliance default here?
If not, can you please provide some case law in this regard.

dear friend you need not covered in EPF as per EPF act salary limitation. Eventhough you can deduct only for 15000, because employer contribution is to be paid by PMRPY scheme. so management need not pay. if you covered them in PF 1800+1800 = 3600 will be the saving for them. it also exempted for TDS. so you can split your Basic and DA and other allowance. basic should not exceed 15000/-

Keep form 11 of employees in your record, and their undertaking that they were never been account holder of EPF and does not have UAN, and not willing to be member of EPF,
Employer has to offer EPF in uniform way to all employees irrespective of wages amount, it is now upto the employee to declare that they were never had any UAN and does not want to get enrolled under EPF,
in a simple line once UAN is generated of any employee, they can not be excluded unless they achieve 58+ of age
