Hi Everyone, I have requirement to prepare internship offer letters. Please help me if the Annexure is mandatory in intern's offer letter since there are deductions (PF and ESIC) in their compensation.

Can you give some more details of this internship?
Is't like you are offering on your own to candidates selected thru' placements/sponsored by colleges or institutions or from job portals? What's going to be the status of these interns- will be treated as 'Trainees' and for a limited period, after completion of which their term will be over and are sent out with a 'completion certificate' like 'apprentices' ? Or they are selected out of your own process of recruitment for regular posts in your firm who are likely to be confirmed in those posts in regular scales if they come out successful meeting the required standard levels, some sort of a 'probation'/training and they'll be paid 'stipend' if not salary ? Pl.indicate details.
