I have joined a India based MNC and after done with my prejoining formalities(got the bank account kit ,submitted photocopies of identity proofs and signed a service contract for 15 months). On that day only(at late night) i received a mail from a America based MNC to join them on 28th of Feb 2019 and they gave me joining on my preferred location along with more pay. Trust me guys the more pay or location is not the reason for which i made my mind to leave this current organization. The reason is, i don't like the training curriculum of the current organization so i want to leave this organization. I am also ready to pay the amount of rupees 75,000 to the current organization. So my query is after paying the whole contract breach amount should i be more worrying about getting blacklisted by current organization as i have uploaded a scanned copy of my NSR IT pin card on their portal ? Can i join the current organization in future? What should be my next move as i am ready for a smooth settlement and i am ready to pay the amount they are going to demand. Please i need good suggestions regarding this at the earliest.

Hi
You need to explain the reason as to why you want to resign and why you feel the training is not good at least for you. Put it in simple and plain words as to why you think you cannot move forward without mentioning about the payment of the bond amount at this stage. Also make sure as to what would be your strategy if they are willing to be flexible on the training part or change it the way you prefer. Think on those lines and get ready to answer before shooting them an email. Of course if they accept and do not change you may think of the next step as you move forward.
Thanks and Regards

Hi, all new joiners in MNC organisations has to undergo induction, orientation and training program. If the new employer also inducts in training what will you do. Think twice before taking a decision. 15 months is a short period and opportunities are galore for the talented. Training gives new ideas, enhance our job knowledge and the employer will spends on training.
