Hello friends,
My company not paying salary regularly , they pay salary very late (like 3-4 months late). My last salary paid for the months November-2018. but when i see status of epfo, i see that my company contributed their share till January-2019. What to do guys, help me, I am not only facing this issue, around 125 people having same problem like this in my company. Company name is Educomp solution.

Dear Kishan,
I think your colleagues and yourself should be at least partly happy that the management does not default the periodic contributions to the EPF. Better make a joint representation to the State Labor Commissioner.

Non-Payment of Wages /Salary within Two Days from the Date of end of Pay Period is Illegal and such Withholding shall have Serious Repurcussions inluding Fine, Prosecution and other deterrent measures. Employers Beware. Pursue the matter with Office of LabourCommissioner as advised. Also, Raise Grievance before the Grievance Redressal Committee.
