If contractor is having less than 20 workers is it required to update in our RC.
Kindly suggest as per Contract Labour Act.

If it is question pertaining to a Principal Employer under the CLRA Act,1970, no harm in adding the unlicensed contractors also in the register of contractors to be maintained.
