Dear friend,
My views on your query is -
This exemption is applicable only to 'renewals' 'as it was' without any change in the already filed data. It goes without saying any changes-either in the constitution of the firm, labour strength, regd/contact address, branches etc-relevant data with supporting should be filed with the registering authority as stipulated and an amended certificate shall be obtained. There is no doubt in this regard.
