Dear Sachin,
The phrase or expression "Core HR Practices" is a vague concept. You could have mentioned what HR practices you follow as of now and what you intend to do.
The second factor is about the organisation's maturity. Is your organisation ready for the core HR activities? Do you do everything that was told in the days of Personnel Management? Core practices or otherwise, you need to do the audit of your people practices. Once you find out the gap, you may execute the process that solves the organisation's burning issue.
Lastly, the implementation of "Core HR Practices" is your intentions. Howsoever, laudable these might be but then is your management ready for this change? Are they ready to empower HR professionals for the execution of modern HR practices?
Please ponder over the above questions and come back with your replies.
Thanks,
Dinesh Divekar
