CTC will be based on the company policies ,Every company has its own set of policies.
According to your company benefits to employees only ctc can be calculated .

Hi Umesh
It all depends on the fixed and reimbursement variables . Kindly share whether bonus and gratuity are the part of ctc or not.
If it is not the part of ctc then
Basic = 17000
HRA=8500
covy= 2000
OTHER ALLOWANCES=3610
GROSS=31110
PF = 2040
gratuity(if part of ctc)= 850
Total ctc=34000/=
remember: if gratuity is not a part of ctc, then either add it in other allowances
