If no salary paid for the Absented month then no need to pay PF & ESI

ESI/EPF is not calculated on attenendance it is secondary process of payroll processing,
if any amount is paid to employee by employer then only ESI/EPF is applicable othersise the employer has to mark absent / NCP for the employee specific
