Hi all , I serviced in one of the mnc from 16/05/2011 to 20/01/2016 kindly let me know if am eligible for gratuity ... And post quitting because of my personal issues I couldn't concentrate on gratuity and epf now can I claim both ? .. what is the procedure to be followed .. kindly help in need of it now

Hi,
Your working days is 04yrs08months04days.
As far as your gratuity is concerned, you are eligible for gratuity.
And for PF and Pension, you will have fill up the form for credit of amout in your account.
You may contact to your HR/pers for payment.

Eligibility of gratuity arises on completion of 5 continuous years of service and 240 days in 5th year.
I dont think you are entitled for gratuity.
EPF can be withdrawn but will be taxable,you can choose to transfer to new employer.

hello ,
yes you are eligible for gratuity because you had done 4 year and 8 month , As per government norms , Any person who has complete 4 year and 7 month then he will eligible for gratuity.
And For PF you will have to contact with your HR .
