As per Factory's Act 1948 , as per section 2(cb) and 1st schedule 19 factory's using synthetic resin and plastic falls under Hazardous process. Does that means all moulding process fall under hazardous process . We are follow IMDR and does not emmit anything which is hazardous in nature. Being a assembly process anyway we are a relatively low hazards industry practically and also has a MPCB orange consent.
