Dear Ms. Malvika,
There are provisions making it compulsory on the part of the employer to issue wages slips to the employees covered under the Payment of Wages Act, 1936 or the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 as the case may be. If anyone or both the Acts is applicable to the establishment as well as the employees, you can Lodge a complaint with the Inspector under the Act either formally or otherwise.

Before talking of legal action, first approach management in verbal and then in writing about issue of salary slips.
If nothing works out, then talk of legal help by approaching Labour authorities.
