I joined tech mahindra with fake experience. But I was asked to resign for low rating. Can I file a case for wrongful termination and claim a compensation for 1yr for which I was jobless. My manager took my code and submitted against his name, another person name and my name. I did almost 70 % of total coding work. Manager told i am the fastest coder among others.
But i make mistakes which he has to rectify in code review. I wonder what he was rectifying. He showed me mistakes only 3 times. And he told me I want to make code look beautiful to client. Sometimes he asked me to change variable names to make them more beautiful. Once I completed 1 month work in 6 days. Apart from that I appeared for coding competitions. I got ranks 30 to 90 in all of them which consisted of 20000 applicants including IITs and IISC.

"He who comes into equity must come with clean hands."
The issue here is debatable.
Can you prove you did a good job but still was downgraded and given poor rating.
Your fake experience will go against you.
Anyway if you want to file a case and spend money and time ,then consult a local lawyer and fully explain the problem to him and all relevant factors.

You have not mentioned whether you were on probation period. Getting an employment with fake certificate which is misconduct. Employer can terminate the services during probation if the performance is unsatisfactory.
However as suggested above you may file a case if you so desire.

Hi
If you want to burn your fingers, do it. First and foremost, when you have confidence in yourself where is the necessity to submit fake certificate[s]? This very issue will haunt you if you do not undo it at the earliest. If the present company wants you to quit, better avail the chance and quit gracefully but see that you do not repeat the mistake of 'submitting fake experience, certificates' to any employer in your lifetime. Do not seek advise when you are in the wrong and that too deliberately done. All your qualifications will come to naught if you try to commit such a grave mistake.
Try to mend your basic ways and concentrate on fine tuning your technical knowledge.
Quit the company and take the relieving letter with whatever else is applicable and try to lead a new and honest life, without comparing to others.
Thanks and Regards
