In continuance to the above stated, please find the judgement in this regard. Further the Judgement would have been more appreciated if this would have been passed on more faster basis. As thereafter during the March'2018 another notification from the Delhi Government was passed which is again remain unchallenged! Moreover in the interim order also there was no stay granted by the Hon'ble Court.
Again on the one hand it is been asserted that the wages already been paid is not recoverable on the other hand in consequence the employer who already implemented this, stands into frustrated. But in the either cases it is the workmen who will lose as the employers may not increase their wages in the next one/two year/s and whereas due to this certain increase in earning level the workmen has increased their consumption level too! Therefore may there be chances of economical disharmony, which is a greater challenge for the stakeholders in the field of IR and Labour Laws.
