1) Company Name
2) Policy of Car entitlement (Yes / No)
3) Please mention at which level an employee is eligible for car entitlement
4) Mention the eligible limit for the car (Cost)
5) Mention whether the car is purchased in cash or it is taken on EMI basis
6) Does the company take any kind of Security amount from employee in lieu of purchasing car
7) After how many years the Car Ownership is transferred to employee's name

No one is going to give company names on a public forum.
Entitlement of cars depends on the nature of work.
For example a marketing manager will be benefitted by having a four wheeler to move around.
some suggestions
Get into agreement with some car show rooms for company to company buying arrangements.
Car should remain on company name only.
Employee may be permitted to buy the car after certain years of service at depreciated rate.
Cost, designation etc can be decided upon based on company requirements.
