I worked as assist manager in a financial organisation, after maternity leave i had to resign my job and take care of my child. After six years of gap ,my financial situation is bad and I have to join a pharma company as office assistant.Dear seniors please guide i have to start my career right from the beginning or what.if i get a gap i have to accept down level position or what.I am getting demotivated by my position day by day.what to do please help me out .

If there is a financial crunch, you have no choice but to accept lower position.
But your ability may be noticed and company will upgrade you (hopefully)
Dont get demotivated as gap of 6 years is quite a long period and world has changed much and equally jobs are scarce.
Pick up work related knowledge and look around.
After some time you will catch up and may land up with a better position or better paying job.

Dear Ms. Kusum, You need not get demotivated at all. Gone are the days when there was a stigma attached to taking a break in career. Now the industry outlook has changed and many Organisations do recruit experienced professionals in a suitable role. You can also research some opportunities which are provided by Organisations like TATA's , wherein they have specific programs meant for bringing women in the mainstream activity again who were on maternity break. All the Best for your search.
