If an employee's Basic Salary + DA above 16000/- then can we remove him from PF registration (Employer is not liable to pay any pf contribution in other word not require any contribution in PF fund ) OR employer liable to contribute PF up to 15000/- salary and above 15000/- is optional?

PF, once deducted from the account, has to be deducted till the time of employment irrespective of the Basic + DA amount. Yes, you can restrict the contribution upto the ceiling of Rs. 15000 /-
