Hi,
Company x released an offer letter and was accepted for joining and accordingly have submitted resignation in current company. The offer had less hike and hence went for interview after a month again in company x. Having cleared all rounds again this time and awaiting for offer letter from hr after discussion and document submission. There is good hike in second offer.
Kindly assist that by gaining 2 offer letters from same company will be checked in background verification ?
Both offers are from same location of joining and work location.
What should be course of action to avoid any legal issue or any ( blacklisting ?? )
Have taken this step to support for higher expense and professional grounds as first offer was peanut hike.
Please guide and provide opinion in this dilemma.
Sincerely.

First issue which will come up is how are you sure that the second offer with better hike will be offered to you?
Secondly the company will certainly link up and discover their error.
HR should have avoided this mix up.
Were your documents submitted after first offer?
It is better to be open and inform the company at initial stage itself and leave it to the company to rectify their mistake and be generous enough to pay you higher pay.
Any thing else may lead to withdrawal of offers.
This is my opinion and you should wait to see whether other members give their opinion on your query.

Thanks Nathrao.

At HR discussion, hr himself mentioned the package which was above what have already been offered (offer 1). Although I am asking for more.
Were your documents submitted after first offer?
Yes, and background verification was also completed.

Would rectify their mistake mean withdrawal of both the offers ?
The other thing is, first offer letter (offer 1) date of joining is being modified and updated offer 1 will be sent to me in coming weeks. HR conveyed they have done with everything with offer 1 and just needs joining formalities.
If the background verification is done post joining then is there a possibility that this hook up will not be noticed ? If i join with offer 2 on joining date, will there be any mishap.
Any thing else may lead to withdrawal of offers.
What is anything?
Thanks.
