Can I get a undertaking draft to get it signed from employees for providing medicines (tablet) at work place. where it says tablet are taken at my own risk.

If you are that wary, then pl don't provide tablets at all then there is no need to get any indemnity undertaking. Even if you are providing the tablets and even after such undertaking you still owe responsibility for the medicines administered, at least morally and ethically even if you may avoid it legally.

Factory is expected to have first aid boxes with certain medicines as laid out in the Act/rules.
No point keeping other medicines.
Undertaking will worsen the matter as it implies that knowingly other medicines which may need doctors prescription is being kept and risk being passed to worker.
Please stick to list given in the Factories Act if your establishment is a factory.
