Kind Attention-Denesh Divekar. Last time you have satisfied my quaries.
Now we want say that we are giving Salary more than minimum wages but Basic+D.A.is less as per minimum wages
of Maharashtra for the clerical level and all other admin.staff.e.g.We are giving salary to clerk is 10,500/-but the Basic +D.A.
is 6600/-+0ther all.like HRA,CCA,Washing All.etc.=3900/-
but the worker and tech staff we are giving sal.as per unskilled,semiskilled,skilled.minimum wages as per Basic +D>A.
offcourse we have merged D.A. into Basic.and hence paid only basic.(D.A.Merged)
can shop inspector or their office will take action. As you know minimum wages of Maharashtra is
Unskilled-8893(Basic+D.A.+HRA)

Skilled-9832/-
