Dear Anamika, only EPS-Form 10C rejected for Membership less than 6 Months. But, by this time your claim-Form 19 (Withdrawal of EPF-12% Employees & 3.67% Employers share) should have been Credited to your Bank Account. Please contact PF Office concerned after verifying thoroughly Bank Statement. Please do not delay already the issue is more than 5 Years old

Dear ANNONYMOUS Friend,
Our learned friend Srinath Sai Ram is right in answering you but I want to make it more clear.
The attached rejected letter from EPFO is pertaining to your claim of Pension Fund in Form 10C.
To claim Pension Fund, one need to complete 6 months. So the rejection is right.
Your claim of Provided Fund in Form 19 must have settled by EPFO. You need to verify the credit in your bank account. If you do not find any credit in your bank account then you need to contact your EPFO office.
