I have completed my Bachelor of Commerce degree from Pune University in June 2017 and I am interested in the field of Human Resources. I attempted CAT in Dec 2017 and got 94 percentile. But because of low academics did not get any call from IIMs. Should I take admission in lower rated college or should I get some work experience and give CAT again?

"lower rated college" is just a mindset. If you are confident, you will crack good job offers even with colleges not considered "cream category".
If you start a job right away, have you planned how you will manage to prepare for CAT?
