Hi Rajiv, What is the need for removal of those components/heads in salary structure? Though the slab has been fixed in the IT now they can be kept as it is.

We should take care of Income Tax while framing salary structure.

Dear Rajiv,
you can show whether you want to show it or not because it is not going to make any difference in Income Tax because Income tax slandered exemption of 40,000 is allowed including medical & conveyance.
