Hi Friends,
I need expert’s advice to deal with my current situation.
I am from Noida, I have worked for a company A for 7 years and recently, just 4 months back I have joined company B.
Company A & B are not having any business link at present, but both the company owners are relatives, hence my current Company B owner don’t want Company A to know about my joining here, but Company A is having a doubt and eager to know my current job.
Out of doubt, still Company A is not paid last 3 months of my PF amount and not entered my last working date details in PF Account… so till now UAN portal says my PF account is linked with my Company A.
Company B is suggesting me to withdraw all my PF amount and close the account, so that Company B can process my new PF account. But I want to retain the old account and don’t want to take out the money, since it will be very much helpful during retirement days.
Questions:
1. If my current Company B adds my UAN, then Company A will be notified? And by any chance they will come to know that I have joined Company B?
2. Is there any way I can disconnect (or) close relation of Company A from my UAN? And retain the same UAN with Company B?
3. What should I do to Company A to pay balance PF amount and enter my reliving date in UAN account?
4. What is the best approach should I follow to handle this situation?
I would like to thank you in advance for your valuable help
Warm Regards,
Amareshji
