Working hours at my organisation are 9hours including 30 mins lunch and 6 days a week. This makes it 51hours working and 3 hours lunch. I wish to file a complaint for this since it has not been corrected even after repeated requests. I want to file it anonymously since providing my name can be of adverse effect to my career. Kindly guide me.

I am surprised that you want to complain for 3 hrs extra work. Anonymous complaints will have no value and will not get acted upon. Such an attitude will be a hindrance to your career.

I would rather suggest you to talk to HR Manager in personal. Further, I would like to apprise you that as per the UP Factory Rules, there is provision under that employees who are appointed on special/confidential positions are not required to maintain 8 hours mandatory work period. However, they also cannot claim an extra working hours. There are states wherein the rules are silent on these clauses like HP
I hope the above suffice.

Dear colleague,
The lunch break of half an hour, under FA and Shops Act is excluding 8 hours actual work. That, therefore , can not treated as OT. Beyond this, any excess hours are OT hours.
Try to raise this with proper authority and resolve in persuasive manner.
