Hi I have rejoined one of my previous employer and on the very first day found that I could not work there. I have other offers in my hand. Just wanted to know if I quit and joined the other company, will they give a bad reference? I don’t want to mention about this one day employment. Please suggest what should I do.

There is every possibility of it, so it is better to apprise the prospective employer of the issue beforehand. As you have many choices, choose the one who is most ready to accept your version of events. Tell your previous organisation of your intention to leave their employment, orally if it is acceptable otherwise in writing.

Hi @KK!HR, Thanks for your response. Also, can you please let me know if this will be a problem to my future employments as well.

Not likely to be. Let us see the reaction of your erstwhile organisation on your leaving them just after a day of service, based on that you can surmise their future reaction too.
