Dear Members, As per sec 3 of Industrial Dispute act, every company having 100 plus employees shall have a work committee for the resolution of dispute. Can anyone please let me know the procedure for the formation of work committee and the minutes of the work committee.

Dear Smruti,
All cross functional team members should sit with the HODs and form a committee.
It should be acting on common objectives of production,quality,manpower,material etc.
The frequency of its meeting and minutes are to be devised according to the organizational need.
But here forming a committee is easy,but making it function is difficult.
The core idea to form such committee is to meet the requirements of all in the organization.
Minutes can be made as per the discussed points with responsibility and status of the point.
