Hi,
1. TDS rate is 10%
2. If you deducting TDS and showing employee as contract employee or Fixed Term Employee then you need not to deduct PF amount from the salary to be paid.
3. You need to ensure that, the employee shall not be employed for more than 240 days in continuous employment with the company.
