I want to know that if any employee will click a photo of Companies Labour Law book which has tagged by book serial number and post it to social website then it will create issue for concern employee means we can take any diceplinery action for this act.

Dear friend,
The reply depends on your standing orders. Have you defined "taking photographs without approval from the competent authority" as misconduct? If yes, then you may go ahead and initiate disciplinary action.
There is one more misconduct. It is about "publication of company-related information without approval from the competent authority". Again, this act also needs to be defined as misconduct in the standing orders.
There are two issues about your post. One is what the employee has done and second one is why has he done i.e. what was the motive behind doing it. For this, you may order domestic enquiry or at least issue show cause notice. If the justification is not credible, then you may take disciplinary action.
