After serving 10 yrs continuously without any break in PSU (time to time extension is being given), during disinvestment, I am afraid that the new company, which will take over the company in which i am currently working, will extend the contract period or not?
I need to know that whether can i claim a permanent job as continously working for regular 10 years and if not, can claim the benefits of regular employees?
