Dear All,
I have observed that some people behave in unprofessional manner when they join a company. For Ex. Say if any employee is not feeling well he doesn't even send sms to his superior that he can't come to office because he is sick. I can understand if the employee condition is critical it is not possible to call his superior but still his family members can contact his boss. In times of technology not communicating to your superior is not acceptable at all. I have also heard excuses like I didn't had company's number or boss number.
Many people collect offer letter and don't join they don't even have courtesy to inform company why they are not ready to join. And some people abscond when they can easily communicate to their superior that I don't want to work.
What I am trying to say is we always blame companies for being unprofessional or not following proper legal procedure but are all employees themselves professional. They need to think about it . If you are professional you will not encounter any problem when you join any organisation and leave it.

There will always be people and people, employees and employees, displaying extremes of courteous and discourteous behaviour. It is not possible to correct everybody and bring them all in one straight line. But having proper rules and regulations, uniformly adhering to them and taking corrective action where required would enable to live with tolerable behaviour. There is a famous prayer "On God, pl help to distinguish between what I can change and what I have to learn to adjust"
