Under the new Law, maternity leave is raised from current 12 weeks to 26 weeks.(he Maternity Benefit (Amendment) Act 2016)
The maternity leave is awarded with Full Pay on completion of at least 80 days in an establishment in the 12 months prior to her expected date of delivery.
Maternity leave can be availed before eight weeks from the date of expected delivery.
The maternity benefit is awarded at the rate of the average daily wage for the period of a worker's actual absence from work
Medical bonus Rs3500
section 6 and 7 of MB Act are relevant.
Refer National Food Security Act 2013 for some additional benefits.
Alternative to MB Act is the ESIC Act where entitled females get maternity benefits.
I also advice you to write without spelling mistakes and take care of punctuations and present your question in professional manner.
