Let me know how to correct Father Name and Date of Joining in EPF database of an employee.

To change the Date of Joining, you need to draft a letter stating the wrong date of joining and the correct date of joining and the reason for the change.
To change the fathers name there are two options
1) Draft a letter stating the wrong fathers name and correct fathers name and the reason. You will require to attach the aadhaar card as the fathers name will be verified with the aadhaar card.
2) Activate the employees UAN and login to his a/c and in that there's an option to change basic details.

Thanks for your valuable reply and support. As far as correction in basic details provided on employee portal there is no option provided for correction in Date of Joining and Father Name. Is there any process to correct it online.

As mentioned earlier you will be required to draft a letter stating the the correct and wrong details also with the reason for the same. This is incase of DOJ and fathers name.
