Hi all, I am looking for policies on Consensual Relationships in the Workplace and Relatives reporting in workplace.

Are you wanting to convert the workplace to a moral garrison? In these days of liberalism and permissiveness, will not such steps be regressive and repulsive to the younger generation? Why it has become necessary to formulate such policy and discipline people? Who is going to assume the role of moral policing? No, not HR.
The days of moral vigilantism and Victorian values are over, employees would like to breathe easy and work place is seen as friendly place so long as the stated norms of group working are not breached. I have serious concern over the impact of a rigid, too moralistic regulation of the workplace on the morale.
Such norms on extra-work attitudes and private life conduct is laid down in military forces but instances of the breaches are galore and every now and then stories erupt in media. Even in uniformed forces such rules and regulations have not deterred people then why in work place.
