This is to inform you that, there is no connectivity between pension eligibility and partial withdrawal. Even though employee goes for partial withdrawal he can only be able to withdraw amount from EPF and not from EPS.
This is to inform you that, there is no connectivity between pension eligibility and partial withdrawal. Even though employee goes for partial withdrawal he can only be able to withdraw amount from EPF and not from EPS.
In addition to what Mr.Manoj said, it is only an advance given out of PF fund for specified purposes but not final settlement of the PF amount.So an employee continues to be a member of PF scheme and consequently of Pension Scheme.
