Earnings::
Basic. : rs 13860
HRA. : Rs 6930
Conveyance All: Rs 1300
Medical All: Rs 1200
Special Allow. :Rs1400
Mobile Allow: Rs 300
Food Allow: Rs 210
Gross salary: Rs 25200
Deductions:
P .T: Rs 200
Net salary: Rs 25000
Is it OK? Pl guide.

Why PF is not part of CTC ? as basic is less than 15k it is compulsory

Thank you sir. Our company has 7 employees. For PF deduction ,company should have more than 10-20 employees .

What is the correct Percentages of the salary bifurcations CTC 0f (BASIC SALARY, HRA, CONVEYANCE ALLOWANCE, SPL ALLOWANCE, OTHER ALLOWANCE) and does Medical insurance will be included in Salary pay slip amount?
