Hii All, I need a help, we provide one paid leave during probation period of six month. now one of our employee who joined us in the month of Aug 17 . he dint take any leave from Aug to Oct 17 but now he took two leave in the month of Nov. should we deduct his one day salary or not??

Dear Priya,
This is completely depends on the policy and rules of your organisation only. If you allow only 1 paid leave to the employee during probation period then other 1 day should be deducted. Only thing you need to keep in mind is, the rule applies same to everyone and there should not be a discrimination on case to case basis which create confusion or problem while solving the issue.
