Hi Ajay Kumar Patnaik,
Firstly why do you want to change after two years of working in Software?
Is software not giving you the learning/recognition desired?
What is your general view on Management role?
What do you think are your strong points to be considered in Management?

I'm much interested in management side. In IT industry there are many kind of management roles like HR, PMO, TSC, Fulfillments, Etc..,
I found the same kind of roles in other industries also. So that I can have more opportunities to develop my carrier path.

Though you have not answered my query about the Software job's learning insights to you, still my reply is start grooming yourself for Management roles with qualities like in depth analysis on any subject, patience, team handling, aggression (not cutting loose unnecessarily, but on specific reasons),determination and delivery on time etc
But believe me Software also gives the recognition/growth desired and there is no hard fast rule that you cannot take a jump into other Management roles later, after becoming more matured in your core.
