Hi Everyone
I am working as HR with an organization from last 3 years. But all of a sudden, our employer asked me to make attendance general, so that every employee has right to check the punch-in and punch-out time of any other employee in the organization, despite of the position they hold.
I want to know whether it is right or not. And, if its right then how to implement the same. But, as per my understanding, its not gonna work neither it is the right way. I am looking for your responses, since i have to present them in our next meeting. So that, we can take the final decision.
Thanks

Giving access to everyone’s attendance to everyone is not a good idea. However, you can give access to their own attendance to employees. Thanks, Manish
